National Day Holiday Arrangement | Holiday Notice
Release time:
2026-10-01
As autumn arrives and the National Day celebration draws near, we hereby release our official holiday arrangement.
This arrangement aims to allow our team proper rest while ensuring stable project progress and continuous customer service.
Our National Day holiday will last from October 1st to October 2ed. During the holiday, factory production, product delivery and on-site technical services will be temporarily suspended. All official work and production operations will resume normally on October 3rd.
Though offline production is paused, Shibang online customer service and technical support remain available throughout the holiday. Our professional team will keep timely responses to global clients for order inquiries, technical confirmation, after-sales problems and ongoing order follow-ups. We will ensure smooth communication and no delay in order progress.
All new consultation demands and customized cooperation requirements will be fully recorded and processed promptly after resuming work. We will reasonably adjust production and delivery schedules to guarantee stable post-holiday service and delivery efficiency.
The holiday serves as a good time for internal optimization. During the break, we will complete equipment inspection, workshop arrangement and system maintenance to upgrade our service and production capacity.
We sincerely thank all partners for your continuous trust and support. Wish you a wonderful and safe National Day holiday! We will keep delivering professional, efficient and reliable services to cooperate and grow with all clients.
